I booked a car from

I booked a car from a location which didn’t exist, fault of your website, not eurocar. Confusion not helped by you not passing my phone number to Eurocar. Pick up was booked by your website at a random hotel, not mine, nor the site I was expecting to pick car up at. Eurocar rep was amazing though.

The instructions for pick up

The instructions for pick up should have said to call the staff for a pick up as it was a long walk in the heat and poorly sign posted. When we got there they said we should have called them for a lift!

Paphos is a historical harbour town located on the south-western coast of the island nation of Cyprus. The town boast of well preserved destinations and is among the prestigious and historically significant UNESCO World Heritage sites. There is cheap car hire in Paphos available to tourist who wish to explore the area by private rental.

One of the major offerings of Paphos are the numerous ancient sites located in and around the town. These include the underground Tombs of the Kings, which dates back to the 4th century, and the Paphos castle, a Byzantine stronghold located near the harbour. You can easily shuttle between these two destinations by car hire in Paphos.

Phapos is also well known for its collection of 3rd century villas which feature impressive mosaic floors. These mosaics are considered the finest art pieces of their kind in the region and they mainly portray scenes derived from Greek mythology, particularly of the goddess Aphrodite.  What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

 Are there any additional costs?

In general, our rates are all-inclusive. Should there be any additional costs, our booking department will get in touch with you before issuing the invoice. Should you object, you can always cancel your reservation with no obligations attached (at least 48 hours in advance).

What kind of insurance is applicable to my car rental?

In general, Liability Insurance, Fire Insurance, All-Risks Insurance and Theft Insurance are included in the cost of your rental car.

 How can I change or cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation through "My Account". We recommend contacting us by phone if your changes to your booking or cancellation takes place at short notice (48 hours or less).

 When will I get a confirmation of my booking?

Most reservations will receive confirmation within minutes after payment takes place. We recommend contacting our Booking Department for last minute reservations (pick-up within 48 hours).
