We have used 121 carhire

We have used 121 carhire for many cars over approx 15 years and the website is easy to use booking the car and for the type and price of cars. However trying to deal with your agents over the phone to change or cancel a booking is 'not' a pleasant experience. It was frustrating speaking with your unfriendly agents who did not try and find a workable solution for the changes we needed to make to our booking due to flight changes. It was easier to just cancel the booking with 121 car hire and book directly with the car company who were wonderful in assisting and making the booking. Your agents over the phone are very autocratic and direct ( borderline being rude ) 121 car hire would benefit in creating a more friendly and helpful service to clients when dealing with your agents over the phone.

Located in Hippocrates, the Kos Island International Airport is the sole international airport on the island. In terms of traffic, it is recognised as Greece's sixth most important airport that serves as much as two million passengers every year. Operating 24 hours a day during the summer, cheap car hire at Kos Airport further complements the travel and transportation needs of its passengers. Most of its flights are connected to Athens through the Olympic Airways.

The Kos Airport only has two terminals for departures and arrivals. These terminals cater to passengers of various airlines including Air Slovakia, Finnair, Maersk Air, Virgin Express, and Condor among the many. There are currently 12 check-in desks, three baggage claim belts, and five gates in the entire airport. However, the authorities are planning an expansion project for the departures area.

Kos Airport is rather small but its facilities can compensate for its size. A police station and a health care centre are available on-site to cater to the emergency needs and safety of the passengers. Duty-free shops complement the shopping needs of passengers, and they can satiate their hunger with the help of restaurant services.

Cheap car hire at Kos Airport allows the passenger to reach the Kos Town that is 26 kilometres from there. This service also allows the passenger to explore the town and its neighbouring attractions on their own. Aside from car rental, passengers can rely on the Olympic shuttle buses if they are flying via Olympic Airways. Otherwise, they can take KTEL buses to town or ride a taxi. The buses can also take passengers to areas like Kefalos, Mastihari, and Kardhamena.

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

 Are there any additional costs?

 What is a worry-free label?
