We have used 121 carhire

We have used 121 carhire for many cars over approx 15 years and the website is easy to use booking the car and for the type and price of cars. However trying to deal with your agents over the phone to change or cancel a booking is 'not' a pleasant experience. It was frustrating speaking with your unfriendly agents who did not try and find a workable solution for the changes we needed to make to our booking due to flight changes. It was easier to just cancel the booking with 121 car hire and book directly with the car company who were wonderful in assisting and making the booking. Your agents over the phone are very autocratic and direct ( borderline being rude ) 121 car hire would benefit in creating a more friendly and helpful service to clients when dealing with your agents over the phone.

Kefalonia Airport is called EFL for short. It was made opened in 1971 coinciding with a rise in tourism throughout the Greek Islands. Before the airport, you could travel only by sea to Kefalonia. The airport receives flights primarily from Olympic Airlines. In recent years around 400 000 people arrive annually to the holiday island. Cheap car hire from Kefalonia Island Airport (EFL) is the best way to get around the island as it is quite big with few options for transportation.

EFL is a small island airport with one terminal. However, the island is planning to improve infrastructure, appearance and safety in their airport.

The terminal currently has three check-in desks, two baggage claim belts and three gates that serve incoming and outgoing passengers. Passenger services are limited, but budget car rental and duty-free shops are available. One tourist help desk is available and there is disabled access and facilities throughout.

Small shops and a VIP lounge for first class passengers are available as well as a cafeteria and bar. Although Kefalonia Airport is small, it maintains high level efficiency and service.
