We have used 121 carhire

We have used 121 carhire for many cars over approx 15 years and the website is easy to use booking the car and for the type and price of cars. However trying to deal with your agents over the phone to change or cancel a booking is 'not' a pleasant experience. It was frustrating speaking with your unfriendly agents who did not try and find a workable solution for the changes we needed to make to our booking due to flight changes. It was easier to just cancel the booking with 121 car hire and book directly with the car company who were wonderful in assisting and making the booking. Your agents over the phone are very autocratic and direct ( borderline being rude ) 121 car hire would benefit in creating a more friendly and helpful service to clients when dealing with your agents over the phone.

Corfu is a Greek island in the Ionian Sea, just a few kilometers from the coast of Albania. Corfu's myriad attractions are its scenery featuring mountains, private coves and numerous golden beaches; buildings and sites of archaeological interest; quaint towns and nightlife. Corfu's main entry point is Corfu International Airport. The airport is three kilometers from the island's capital, Corfu Town. Basic facilities are available at Corfu Airport's single, modern passenger terminal. All domestic and international passenger movements are processed in this terminal.

In the summer months Corfu Airport is busy with charter airlines' flights. Budget carriers and Olympic Airlines also provide services at the airport. Carriers at Corfu mainly fly to Northern European destinations. The terminal has shops selling souvenirs and sundries. Airside there is a duty free outlet.

The passenger terminal contains an ATM, a bureau de change, a bank, a health centre and a post office. Budget car rental service desks and an information counter are in the Arrivals lounge. The terminal provides disabled bathroom facilities. A café bar has snacks and beverages, including coffee. Car parks are near the passenger terminal.

 What do I need to do when picking up a car?

In general, our rates are all-inclusive. Should there be any additional costs, our booking department will get in touch with you before issuing the invoice. Should you object, you can always cancel your reservation with no obligations attached (at least 48 hours in advance).

What kind of insurance is applicable to my car rental?

In general, Liability Insurance, Fire Insurance, All-Risks Insurance and Theft Insurance are included in the cost of your rental car.

 What is a worry-free label?

Only rental companies with a high level of customer satisfaction are eligible to be included in our Worry-Free selection. This rate includes excess cover and unlimited kilometres. Your vehicle will be provided and must be returned with a full tank of fuel. With a vehicle from our Worry-Free selection, you can travel with peace of mind and no hidden costs.

 How can I change or cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation through "My Account". We recommend contacting us by phone if your changes to your booking or cancellation takes place at short notice (48 hours or less).

 When will I get a confirmation of my booking?

Most reservations will receive confirmation within minutes after payment takes place. We recommend contacting our Booking Department for last minute reservations (pick-up within 48 hours).
