The instructions for pick up

The instructions for pick up should have said to call the staff for a pick up as it was a long walk in the heat and poorly sign posted. When we got there they said we should have called them for a lift!

Location information for Ljubljana

The Slovenian capital, Ljubljana or Laibach (German) is a charming little city where museums, galleries and young artists thrive. Being at one of the most scenic countries, the city abounds with gifts of natural beauty and picturesque surroundings. The river of Ljubljanica flows through the town's centre, past the baroque buildings and through the ancient castle. To the west of Ljubljanica is the modern day city and to the opposite direction is the Old city. Bridges connect the east end west. Going around the town is convenient with cheap car hire at Ljubljana.

Drive your cheap car rental to the must see sites of the city such as the Old Ljubljana. As the name suggests, this part of town is the historic section where monuments, old churches and buildings and the castle can be found. Medieval houses also abound in this part of the city as well as interesting plazas and lanes. The area also hosts popular restaurants, cafes and local designer shops. You may then take your car rental to the Metelkova City, which is the place for alternative artists, and the youth. Metelkova is a venue for culture and many subcultures where underground artists, nightclubs and bars abound.

 What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

 Are there any additional costs?

In general, our rates are all-inclusive. Should there be any additional costs, our booking department will get in touch with you before issuing the invoice. Should you object, you can always cancel your reservation with no obligations attached (at least 48 hours in advance).

What kind of insurance is applicable to my car rental?
