Five kilometres north of the city of Bilbao by car rental lies the recently renovated Bilbao Airport in nearby Loiu. Renowned architect Santiago Calatrava designed the airport as a reflection of Bilbao's recent transformation from a dingy industrial port to the major gateway into the northern Basque region of Spain.

Several Northern African and European flights, including all major Spanish cities, enter the single terminal building at Bilbao Airport every day. The terminal has three levels, which are designated P0, P1 and P2. Departing flights take off from the P2 level, which includes five ATM machines and a bank. Arriving flights enter Bilbao Airport at the P1 level.

 How can I change or cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation through "My Account". We recommend contacting us by phone if your changes to your booking or cancellation takes place at short notice (48 hours or less).

 When will I get a confirmation of my booking?

Most reservations will receive confirmation within minutes after payment takes place. We recommend contacting our Booking Department for last minute reservations (pick-up within 48 hours).
