Antalya Airport is also called AYT. It is a large sized contemporary airport that saw 19 million passengers pass through in 2008, with 80 per cent being international. It sits on the coast of Turkey. Cheap car hire at Antalya Airport (AYT) is commonly utilised as an easy way to get around the region.

AYT has three terminals servicing international, domestic, and cargo flights. There are eight main gates and almost 40 check-in desks. Facilities such as ATMs, a post station, budget car rental and lost and found are located just off the main terminal. A currency exchange desk is strategically located in the Arrivals area, but rates of exchange are questionable. AYT has full time medical staff in the airport. They are located in a medical office. There are also rooms for tending to babies and a Muslim prayer room as well as special toilets and lifts for the physically disabled.

Both international and domestic terminals have some fine restaurants and cafés. There are a handful of shops for clothing, Turkish gifts and duty-free. A newspaper stand is situated by the main entrance and carries a variety of newspapers from around the world.

Cheap car hire at Antalya Airport (AYT) is a good way to get around Turkey's coastal regions. There is a good selection of luxury cars, budget cars and minivans. There is a shuttle, but it only leaves every few hours.

If you are on a Turkish Airlines flight a shuttle will be scheduled to coincide with your arrival. The shuttle goes to some hotels and the city centre. If you rent a car, follow the signs to the D400 road. It goes right into the city. There are taxis right outside the terminal and they are not expensive.

If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.

 What is a worry-free label?

Only rental companies with a high level of customer satisfaction are eligible to be included in our Worry-Free selection. This rate includes excess cover and unlimited kilometres. Your vehicle will be provided and must be returned with a full tank of fuel. With a vehicle from our Worry-Free selection, you can travel with peace of mind and no hidden costs.

 How can I change or cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation through "My Account". We recommend contacting us by phone if your changes to your booking or cancellation takes place at short notice (48 hours or less).

 When will I get a confirmation of my booking?

Most reservations will receive confirmation within minutes after payment takes place. We recommend contacting our Booking Department for last minute reservations (pick-up within 48 hours).
