Jersey Airport (JER) is situated near the town of St Peter, about eight kilometres from its town centre. The airport is on the western side of the island from which the rest of Jersey can be easily explored with car hire in Jersey Airport (JER). The airport has lots of flights to the rest of the UK, and Ireland and Europe. It also has a famously nerve-wracking runway where planes take-off heading towards sheer cliffs.

Jersey Airport (JER) has just one terminal with somewhat limited services,which are however adequate for the average short-haul flight. Its beautiful design prioritises comfort and has a very modern aesthetic feel. Although the terminal has no bank, it does have ATMs in Departures and next door in Arrivals there is also a bureau de change and car rental places.

Food choices consist of a restaurant, and café, or some refreshments may be available in airline lounges. Facilities for refreshments are open to provide for most flights in and out of the airport. Shopping options consist of a convenience store, book shop, perfume shop and a florist. At the current time there are no facilities serving business visitors, other than those individual lounges may provide.

Jersey Airport (JER) is well set up for disabled access with wheelchair ramps, disabled toilets and wide doors as standard. The airlines all provide individual assistance where necessary too, and car rental operations have disabled access vehicles.
